The editors are responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The editor may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision. An editor at any time evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

ER Publications have all of the peer reviewed journals. During the process of review our editor first review a paper with online software to know the % of plagiarism then approved manuscript undergo for reviewing with three random subject experts from the list of reviewers. Editor takes his decision after receiving reviewer comment from all three reviewers. The decision is based on the reviewer's approval and editor's own evaluation. The complete process runs through online system which is designed to protect confidentiality of author's work. Editor has complete responsibility and authority to reject/accept an article, editor also not having conflict of interest with respect to articles he reject/accept.

The policy established with the aim to publish and circulate quality research articles from various subjects. We have all peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journals with monthly and bi-monthly periodicity. Our review policy is solely objective process with vision to publish good scholarly and set proper and high standard practice of research writing. The process involves editorial board and reviewers who are experts from various subjects.

Open Access Information and Policy

All articles published by ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS are made immediately available worldwide under an open access license. This means:

everyone has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS journals;

everyone is free to re-use the published material if proper accreditation/citation of the original publication is given;

open access publication is supported by the authors' institutes or research funding agencies by payment of a comparatively low Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.

Meaning of Open Access

In accordance with major definitions of open access in scientific literature (namely the Budapest, Berlin, and Bethesda declarations), ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS defines open access by the following conditions:

peer-reviewed literature is freely available without subscription or price barriers,

literature is immediately released in open access format (no embargo period), and

published material can be re-used without obtaining permission as long as a correct citation to the original publication is given.

During 2012, ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS journals started to publish articles under the Creative Commons Attribution License external link and are now using the latest version of the CC BY license, which grants authors the most extensive rights. All articles published by ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS before and during 2012 should now be considered as having been released under the post-2012 Creative Commons Attribution License.

This means that all articles published in ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS journals, including data, graphics, and supplements, can be linked from external sources, scanned by search engines, re-used by text mining applications or websites, blogs, etc. free of charge under the sole condition of proper accreditation of the source and original publisher. ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS believes that open access publishing fosters the exchange of research results amongst scientists from different disciplines, thus facilitating interdisciplinary research. Open access publishing also provides access to research results to researchers worldwide, including those from developing countries, and to an interested general public. Although ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS publishes all of its journals under the open access model, we believe that open access is an enriching part of the scholarly communication process that can and should co-exist with other forms of communication and publication, such as society-based publishing and conferencing activities.

Permissions

No special permission is required to reuse all or part of article published by ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS, including figures and tables. For articles published under an open access Creative Common CC BY license, any part of the article may be reused without permission provided that the original article is clearly cited. Reuse of an article does not imply endorsement by the authors or ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS.

Important Note:some articles (especially Reviews) may contain figures, tables or text taken from other publications, for which ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS does not hold the copyright or the right to re-license the published material. Please note that you should inquire with the original copyright holder (usually the original publisher or authors), whether or not this material can be re-used.

Advantages of Open Access for Authors

The High Availability and Visibility of our open access articles is guaranteed through the free and unlimited accessibility of the publication over the Internet. Everyone can freely access and download the full text of all articles published with ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS: readers of open access journals, i.e., mostly other researchers, do not need to pay any subscription or pay-per-view charges to read articles published by ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS. Open access publications are also more likely to be included in search engines and indexing databases.

The Higher Citation Impact of open access articles results from their high publicity and availability. Open access publications are demonstrably more frequently cited [1,2].

Lower Publishing Costs:Open access publishers cover their costs for editorial handling and editing of a paper by charging authors' institutes or research funding agencies. The cost of handling and producing an article is covered through the one-time payment of an article processing charge (APC) for each accepted article. The APCs of open access publishers are only a fraction of the average income per paper earned by traditional, subscription-based publishers. ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS's article processing charge (APC) is the same, irrespective of article length, because we wish to encourage publication of long papers with complete results and full experimental or computational details [3].

Faster Publication in ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS's open access journals is achieved by online-only availability. Accepted articles are typically published online more rapidly in ENHANCED RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS journals than those of traditional, subscription-based and printed journals are [4].

Copyright & Licensing

The corresponding author is responsible for completing and returning the signed Open Access Agreement to the editorial office or the publisher.

You can find the Open Access Agreement in Author Services once the article is accepted. For journals that have chosen not to use Author Services, the agreement is available from the journal’s editorial office.

All of Enhanced Research Publications’s fully open access journals and most of Enhanced Research Publications’s subscription journals with the open access option publish open access articles under a Creative Commons license. With Creative Commons licenses, the author retains copyright and the public is allowed to reuse the content. You grant Enhanced Research Publications a license to publish the article and to identify as the original publisher.  Most journals in our open access program offer one or more of three license types.  The selected license type will be indicated in the Open Access Agreement.
